Overview
It is used for vibroflotation compaction and top feed Vibroflotation Gravel/Stone Column Pile Construction. The power of vibroflotation equipment produced by BVEM covers 75kw-260kw, and the diameter range of pile making is 700mm-1200mm. It is applicable to the reinforcement of gravel soil, sandy soil, silt, cohesive soil, artificial fill and collapsible soil, as well as the densification and anti liquefaction treatment of various liquefiable soils.

● It is connected with the lifting equipment and installed at the top of the vibroflotation system, which is an important part to ensure the safe construction of the whole vibroflotation system. The supporting curved beam plays the role of supporting and protecting the cable and water pipe.
● Extension Tube
● Guiding role in pile making process. Cables and water pipes pass through them. During construction, when the water demand is large, it can be directly used as a water pipe. Increase or decrease the number and length of extension tubes to meet the requirements of pile making depth in construction.
● Vibration damper
● It belongs to vulnerable parts. Eliminate the impact of vibration of the extension tube (part2) and its accessories on the vibroflot during construction.
● Motor
● Submersible motor for vibroflotation device. It drives the eccentric block in the vibration body(part 5) to rotate through the main shaft.
● Vibration body
● Eccentric block is included. After the motor rotates, the horizontal vibration force is transmitted to the surrounding soil layer to compact the collapsed soil or additional materials into piles
